In every class for every subject, there is a vast difference in the grasping levels between the students.

Would it be beneficial for the better students to spend a portion of the class time in tutoring their lesser informed classmates?

The subject matter presented by peers may be understood more readily than as presented by the class tutor. more

A volunatary department ...

Many organised institutions such as churches, etc. have voluntary groups specialized in certain activities. Example: a 'Prayer ministry' or 'Missions to Seafarers'.

Propose that schools have a voluntary 'ReUse, ReDistribute' department which focuses on mending old text books and uniforms and redistributing them and disposing the unusable pieces in a such a manner as to garner funds towards purchase of new material.
