Almost all medical stores or so-called chemists vend at maximum price margins. Most of these shops stock non-medical items as well.

There seems to be an unnoticed cartelization with the stores mutually pricing at maximum allowable with a motive to reap enormous profits for all.

In the case of so-called pyramid schemes, the goods are distributed down-line and percentages of the sales trickle to the up-lines, making the up-line members wealthier by the quantum of down-line members and associated branches - translated to sales volumes.
