Watched an absorbing program on Public Television -

The gist of one salient point of the topic (which was about dreams) was that if one has a vexing problem, one should think about it just before sleeping and PROMISE ONESELF TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR IT.

The theory is that during a dream, the brain actually knows that it is dreaming and therefore is at liberty to 'thrash out' the problem from all angles without fear of causing inadvertent harm.

According to the program hosts & guests, Lo and behold! the next morning, one could very well come up with a feasible solution.

Hi Elva, I am in CA and the Non-Profit I work with is only in CA. The program in general is available in all states, but you would need to find a non-profit in your area.
